Excellent experience with Jasr Al Sanayah Garage. They worked on my Porsche Cayenne, repairing both front door locks after the doors stopped opening properly by completely replacing the locking mechanisms. They also replaced suspension components and accurately diagnosed a critical issue with the hydraulic suspension. Their after-service support is also excellent—they even make follow-up calls after the maintenance to ensure everything is in good condition. I had a very good experience with this garage. The team looked after my car very well and handled the issue I initially came for professionally. What I appreciated the most is that they also informed me about a few other things that needed attention. Since the car was already there, they suggested checking those items as well so I could decide if I wanted to fix them. This kind of transparency and helpful advice shows they genuinely care about the customer and the vehicle. The staff is professional, the customer service is excellent, and the after-service support is also very good. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this garage.
