Their after-service support is also excellent—they even make follow-up calls after the maintenance to ensure everything is in good condition. Only after giving me the proper explanations and suggestions and my go ahead did they proceed to start working out on the repair works. Their work speaks for itself. I went to this shop because they did a great job on my friends 523i bmw. And yes! They also did a great job with my nissan altima😁 Even if the shop is in sharjah, it is always a worth to travel to get your car fixed properly in a reasonable fee with the original parts together with the professional and friendly staffs.

I had a very good experience with this garage. The team looked after my car very well and handled the issue I initially came for professionally. What I appreciated the most is that they also informed me about a few other things that needed attention. Since the car was already there, they suggested checking those items as well so I could decide if I wanted to fix them. This kind of transparency and helpful advice shows they genuinely care about the customer and the vehicle. The staff is professional, the customer service is excellent, and the after-service support is also very good. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this garage.

First time customer and already a fan. Brought in my car for an oil change and a FULL check-up. From the start, their quote was detailed-they even listed the exact amount of oil my engine takes . When the job was done, they used a little less than expected, so they deducted the difference right off the final bill without me saying a word. No upsells, no surprises. The shop is clean, the service was fast, and they explained everything clearly. Feels good to find a place this transparent on the very first visit. Will definitely be back

They called to confirm the findings and the need for the radiator replacement, and provided an estimated cost before proceeding.All costs were broken down clearly, and there were no surprise fees. I appreciated the transparency in the parts and labor charges. Overall service for my 2022 MG vehicle was highly satisfactory. The radiator replacement was necessary and performed without issue, and the routine maintenance was carried out to a high standard. The professionalism of the service center and the attention to detail in both technical work and customer service made the experience positive. Would I recommend this service center? Absolutely. They diagnosed the issues accurately which remained undiagnosed for last couple of months although I tried some garrages earlier but no one was able to resolve issues related to brake sounds and engine humping sound! They are professional in their work and very welcoming also !!
