JAS Auto Workshop stands behind every repair we perform. All repair work is backed by a warranty — because we're accountable for what we do.

What Is Covered

  • All engine repairs — gaskets, seals, timing work, and rebuilds
  • Transmission repairs — fluid services, solenoids, valve body, and rebuilds
  • Electrical repairs — battery, alternator, starter motor, and wiring
  • Brake system work — pads, rotors, callipers, and brake lines
  • Suspension and steering repairs
  • Parts supplied and fitted by JAS Auto Workshop

The warranty period varies by repair type. Specific warranty terms are stated on your written service receipt. Ask our team when you collect your vehicle.

What Is Not Covered

  • Pre-existing faults unrelated to the repair performed
  • Normal wear items (tyres, wiper blades, light bulbs)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications after repair
  • Faults caused by neglect, overheating after repair, or missed services
  • Parts supplied by the customer

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. 1. Contact JAS Auto Workshop by WhatsApp or phone as soon as you notice the issue
  2. 2. Describe the problem and provide your vehicle details and previous service date
  3. 3. Bring your vehicle to our Sharjah workshop — do not take it elsewhere first
  4. 4. We will inspect the vehicle and assess whether the fault falls within the warranty
  5. 5. If covered, the repair will be performed at no additional charge
