Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By requesting a service at JAS Auto Workshop ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. All repair and maintenance work is carried out in Sharjah, UAE.

No work will begin on your vehicle without your explicit approval of the written quotation provided by our team. Verbal agreements are followed by a written record.

2. Quotations

All quotations provided by JAS Auto Workshop are estimates based on the initial inspection. If additional faults are discovered during the repair, we will contact you to provide a revised quotation before proceeding. We will not carry out additional work without your approval.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon collection of your vehicle. We accept cash and bank transfer. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Storage charges may apply if a vehicle is left uncollected for more than 7 days after notification that the repair is complete.

4. Warranty

JAS Auto Workshop provides a warranty on all repair work performed. The warranty period varies by repair type and is stated on your service receipt. Please refer to our Warranty page for full details of what is and is not covered.

Warranty claims must be made directly with JAS Auto Workshop. Taking the vehicle to another workshop will void the warranty on the relevant repair.

5. Vehicle Collection

You are responsible for collecting your vehicle promptly upon notification of completion. JAS Auto Workshop takes reasonable care of vehicles in our custody but does not accept liability for pre-existing conditions, theft from the vehicle, or damage caused by unforeseen events.

6. Customer-Supplied Parts

If you supply your own parts for us to fit, we accept no liability for the quality or suitability of those parts. Our warranty does not cover parts supplied by the customer. We recommend allowing us to source parts to ensure compatibility and quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

JAS Auto Workshop's liability is limited to the cost of the specific repair or service performed. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of use of the vehicle, or losses caused by pre-existing faults not identified in the agreed scope of work.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.
